The water pump pulley almost CAN'T break or wear out. It's just a stamped piece of steel. Any wobble, vibration, or movement is usually caused by the water pump bearing or the fan clutch....Did I read too far into this question?

The function of water pump pulley receive drive from the engine via fan belt and rotates the water pump shaft together with impeller whereby impeller has some sets of blades that pushes the coolant through the down part of the radiator via set tubes inside the radiator to the upper part of the radiator hose back to the engine, as this circle continue.

as the motor runs the pully go around and it make the antifreeze go around inside your motor.then the fan cools it and it keet the temp down in the motor.with out it your car will not run for very long it would over heet.and die.

the drive belt needed to go around something why not that one
you got to be kidding as i think you arnt stupid
did you know overheating your engine does more damage faster thain runing it out of oil
