Please define "hard drugs". Drugs can be found in many different forms and textures. There's liquid/syrup, solid, capsule, tablet powder, inhalent.. etc..
Hard would be a capsule or tablet. Those are quite hard. I'm sure the local pharmacy or supermarket sells multi vitamins.
OKAY.. If you are really in such great pain. PLEASE go and see a doctor, never ever self medicate! You will only get into more trouble and pain that way, especially if you're dealing with illegal stuff!
If you have emotional and mental stress from work, or school, or other problems, then you should still visit a doctor. You might have depression and a doctor should be able to recommend you a good therapist.
It's bad enough when people misuse prescription drugs, let alone spending so much money to just kill themselves early with illegal drugs!
Visiting a doctor if you're in physical or emotional pain is the ONLY way to get better. If you say you can't afford a doctor or therapist, well you're rich enough to own a computer aren't you? By the way, I'm sure illegal drugs cost even more than therapy does!
Go see a doctor! Hope you stay away from the nasty stuff and get better too :)

Try calling your local District Attorney's office. Or if you are serious about your pain talk to a Chronic Pain Specialist.
