I am 66 kgs and i want to loose 10kgs. So which is the easiest way to loose weight? I'll be grateful for your suggestions.

Running is the most effective way to burning fat, as it requires nearly all muscles to move. Next is cycling.

Movement
The number one factor to having overweight problems is most often a lack of movement. Most people don’t practice enough sports to burn an excessive amount of calories. If you consume more calories than you burn, then it is quite logical you will gain weight, unless you have a very fast metabolism. In order to remain healthy you should at least be in motion for a quarter a day. Go workout in the gym and practice with weights. Creating muscle tone will tighten your skin and enhance your metabolism. Also follow a cardiac training program (with running and cycling).

Frequent and small meal proportions
Split up your meals in smaller, but more frequent proportions. What you definitely must not do is eat less. If you start to eat less, your metabolism will slow down, as your body will react on having less food. This simply means your body will keep burning calories slower over time. What we actually want is a healthy body that burns calories fast. The more and frequent you eat, the faster your body will burn calories. It is advisable that you have up to 6 small meals a day. P.e. eat an apple at 4 o' clock and have cereals as breakfast.

Consume a lot of vitamins
Most vitamins accelerate your metabolism. The faster your metabolism, the faster your body will begin to burn calories. Therefor you should consume a lot of vegetables and fruits. If you can’t keep up with it, just take vitamin pills instead. This way you won’t have to worry about your daily intake of vitamins.

Consume water
Consuming a lot of water will also make you burn faster calories. Water also hydrates the muscle mass, which means you will gain muscle tone faster. You should avoid alcohol, as this product reverses the process of water.

Create muscle tone
Every pound of muscle mass consumes a certain amount of energy in order to sustain itself. This means that in fact you can burn calories while being asleep. This way your body will constantly burn body fat.

If you are 5' 6" and 10st, your Body Mass Index is 22.6. To be classed as overweight your BMI would be 25 or higher. So your weight is perfectly healthy and normal for your height. The only way to lose weight is to use more energy than you take in. The best way to achieve this is to eat a healthy balanced diet and undertake regular aerobic exercise. I lost 20 pounds (which is about 11 kgs) by doing a colon cleansing, eating salads consisting of fresh, organic fruits and vegetables with lunch and dinner, exercising, and drinking 8 - 10 8oz. glasses of distilled water a day. I keep it off by keeping up the healthier lifestyle.

It's best to try to stay away from high fructose corn syrup and hydrogenated oils.

walk everyday, and eat well balanced meals, with fruits and veggies included. try diet soda instead of regular my husband lost 20 pounds just by switching to diet soda. and slow down on the sugars and breads.
