It's hard to say what the war mongering neo cons will attempt. I'm thinking they won't, because the public is becoming more and more suspect of the Bush administrations role in 9/11. Have you seen this:

I am not sure where you have been for the last five years, but there was already a second "Pearl Harbor" which is called September 11, 2001.

What we need, in my honest opinion, is a government that allows for the different political sides to work together, instead of trying to "one up" each other, and trying to prove why the other side is so horrible.

If the different branches of the government and law enforcement agencies had worked together, 9-11 would not have happened, at least not to the extent in which it had occurred.

We do not need a bunch of committees, reports, investigative branches, etc. etc., what we need are politicians (both parties) who are not worried about "one upping" but worry about protecting our country, and making out country stronger.

In case you haven't seen this. It does sound a bit familiar.

It looks like we need one every 50 years or so, to keep the general population in line and the war machine moving steadily along. I wonder if PNAC's "new pearl harbor" was describing an attack or describing an attack that the government would let happen?

You do realize that PNAC's goals were simply to strengthen the military and protect the US's interests world-wide, right? And their goals were non-violent? No, I bet you don't. You conspiracy theorists are REALLY grasping at straws!

Obviously with the GOP close to losing congress, it was not enough. Keep your eyes open only four to six weeks left....
