Whatever med school you are considering going to, find out what their prerequisites are. Take the MCAT and pass with a high enough score for that school. You will need letters of recommendations.
You don't have to major in pre med to go to med school. You can have any major.

I don't think you can do that in the States, but you can other parts of the world. You would need a college diploma to gain entrance into a med school. Figure out which region you wouldnt mind going to then see the prerequisites of the particular university.
