if you accept the gift under mutual feelings, then you should not feel guilty, however, if you are not ready to become lovers you need to convey how much you appreciate the thoughtfulness and friendship--a simple, but sincere thank you will suffice in any gift receiving situation.

GIFT is something which carries with it the feelings of the person who is giving it to someone . How can you feel guilty in receiving those feelings.
You should not feel guilty at all.
