I downloaded a game save for PS1 at gamefaqs.com but I don't know how to use it. (its a Monster rancher 2 game save and it in the .GME format)

ok, from your additional details, i'm assuming the game save you downloaded is for an emulated ROM. if so, i would assume you need to find the folder where your game would save if you were playing the ROM and place the gamesave you downloaded into that folder
however, i have only played one rom in my life, and have never used someone else's save, so i don't have any experience with this. sorry.

i don't know what are game saves.but i know save games.you
need a memory card of Playstation 1 for saving games.
