While you both are on date , spending time arm in arm , dancing / drinking and dining , in the end when are saying bye to him , just take one more minute and say , that you feel if there is no end of this day , if he can be with you forever . I think this must work , if he is also have the same feeling , he will certainly hug you and kiss you . If he has no feeling for you , he will simply smile and will rush to leave that place

move on to him .look directly into his eyes(maintain eye contact)
speak to him about him. tell him that he is great and so on.then make friends with him and then meet him alternate days or a longer period so he develops a liking for u then straight away say that u like him and check on.

i donot think u should be d one to propose to a guy.well what to do is to tell him how u feel and then watch his reaction and see whether the relationship will favour both of u bcos marriage is a decision of a life time.

Tell him how you feel about him then just go for it and say will you marry me?? there is no reason a girl cant ask a guy to marry her especially when we feel its the right time to ask and they are slow at the prosess
