i keep telling him shes too young for you and he keeps saying leave me alone i want her and im saying your 17 and hold enough to go to jail and he says he dont care at all costs he will stand by his gf plz help iv done everything to persuade him but hes not listening ?

Talk to the girl's parents... If they don't know their 12 year old is dating a 17 year old they need to know so they can protect their daughter...
If they do know and are doing nothing about it, then there are more serious issues with her family and you may need to consider contacting social services...
If you 17 year old friend 'doesnt care' then he is bad news and you should start to distance yourself from him...

Well i would just leave it alone cause u told him many times to leave the lil girl alone but he wont so basically he dont care for going to jail, but sooner or later somebody else is gonna find out and end up telling.

Solve that problem easily: tell the 12 year olds PARENTS! What would a 17 year old want, besides SEX, with a 12 year old. Oh my, did he meet her at the playground in front of the swings??? She's 12, she'll be mad today, but she'll be over him by tomorrow.

if i were you i would tell the girls parents that shes hanging with a 17 yr old male. i know it sounds like you are betraying a friend but in reality you could save his life. if it were my 12 yr old daughter i don't think the police would be able to get to him quick enough. it is likely that your friend is a pedophile and can not be rehabilitated. personally i think pedophiles should face the death penalty

yes she is to young a friend of my sons went to jail for getting his girlfriend pregnant her parents are the one who pressed charges also if he cares so much for her then he should give her time to be a teenager with other girls her own age but as you know nobody likes to listen good luck

There's really nothing you can do. People are going to do what they want to do . You can try throwing other potentials in front of him. Maybe you should get an adult to talk to him, but that would cause even more problems. Sometimes you just have to wait anda say i told you so

I don't agree with it either, but the more you tell your friend that he is too old for her , u are gonna push him away from your friendship, all he wants you to do is be happy for them. All you can do really is advise him to not have sex with her as he could get arrested if things go wrong in their relationship and she goes to the police and accuses him of things. all you can do is just be happy for him , and if things do go wrong then just be there for him . good luck . x

You need ot make it clear to him that, its really hard to stand by someone, when hes in PRISON! first of all does the family know of the girl he is going out with right now? I mean if they find out they can send him to jail, its really important that he knows that, because hes walking on thin ice
