No, I can't give you advice on how to make the pain go away, but I can give you a few wise words of advice. I've had a solid nickel sized scar on my left forearm for 10 years from being an idiot drunk at a concert with my friend.
The doctor told me that if I used something like neosporin daily and kept the wound clean it wouldn't have scarred so badly. Just in the past 2 years, like 8 years later has hair started to grow through it again - and it will probably take another 10 years to fade.
Def. take care of it because hand wounds heal slowly as is, and because they are utilized so frequently in your daily life, they are more susceptible to acquiring an infection. Keep it clean and prevent it from scabbing up to much - in other words, you should have a bottle of neosporin in your pocket right now.

Get Mederma, it's kind of pricey at about $12-$19 dollars for a smallish tube, but a fraction of one tube is all you'll need to heal it up and completely wipe out any trace of any scarring...I'm not shi*ting, the stuff is amazing...I had the WORST nasty scar from a sutured gash on my three middle fingers of right hand. It looked so bad that I was just heartbroken, but I got mederma right away and took it everywhere with me...I probably used a drop or two 4 or 5 times a day and within 1 week I was all healed, and within 6 weeks my scar was completly flat and almost nonexistent. It's made from onion skin, but does not smell like onions at all, I don't have any idea how it works but IT WORKS!!!! If you are worried about infection you could also use triple antibiotic ointment with lanacaine in it as well (this is much less expensive at about $4 dollars a tube, but it will not get rid of any scarring, it will just give you excellent protection from bacteria & numb the pain a little). Also, in the beginning try ice wrapped in a paper towel and then put in a plastic bag (so it wont rub against the blister). Do not break the blister, this will expose you to infection & guarantee scarring. Lastly, use the moist burn cool gel bandages over it if it is in an area where you need to keep it covered, they will not stick to it like other bandages will. Sorry about your burn, hope you feel better soon!

Go to a drug store and see if they sell silvadene cream. It is usually a presript but sometimes there will be a over the counter version. Put this on it. Do not cover burns with normal bandages always use non stick. If no silvadene try bactine.

Treat it as you would any burn. Place it under cool tap water but probably too late as its already blistered .Rub in some tea tree oil. Take some paracetamol.

Yeah, put some vaseline on it. And take some ibuprofen. Don't be tempted to pop the blister. It's nice and clean inside there at the moment and if you pop it you let the bugs in.
