To remove ink stains from clothing, use a sponge and rubbing alcohol (or some sort of alcohol based liquid) to blot the stain. Then place the stain face down on a bed of paper towels and blot from the back with liquid laundry detergent and paper towels. Repeat on clean paper towels until the stain is mostly gone, then wash in cold water.

(Note: The article says hot water but using hot water to wash the garment will cause the stain to "set" into the clothing, permanently colouring the cloth. So unless the stain is completely out, use cold water to wash the garment.)

tetrachloromethane, CCl4. It's a organic solvent and will definitely remove the ink. Colloquially, it is called "carbon tet". Trade names include Benzinoform, Freon 10, Halon 104, Tetraform, and Tetrasol.
