Yes, they most certainly do. However this can be remedied by wearing either cotton pyjama trousers or lightweight leggins under them. Alternatively, at a greater cost, a seamstress will sow in a cotton lining. Failing that...buy a good anti itch cream for the end of the day!

yes they itch! i have a wool sweater and it itches like hell
must make sure it is silk or "lined"

they normally do I bout some from d&g and they where linded but the lineing doesnt allways work so it all depends but yes most of the time.

They can because they contain wool, but if they are lined they should be ok.
