There is no fooling just not the whole truth which is very difficult to keep without notice from intelligent people, but also they cannot say everything on everymatter at anytime or the security will be impeded. think of it they are a security organisation wary of intelligent a malicious persons so help them not harm them by saying more than what they can cope with
