one of my friends actually bought a family tent that partitions into to other tents for kids(the connecting kind) and after that weekend she had brought it back I think that is worse then returning a present.....shame on her!

I hate to do that because I feel like this person went to all of this trouble to get me a gift... once I returned a present my sister bought me. It was some kind of digital picture viewer that I would never use. It just sat in the box forever, so I asked her permission to return it! I didn't want her to come over and ask, "Hey, where's that digital picture viewer I bought you?"

I returned a digital camera for the cash so I could get groceries. lol
I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I was ever in trouble again.

No. I would return it if I didn't like it though, not for cash.

No. I'm thankful that someone thought of me in the first place so I always keep my gifts.
