I am a freshman in college,my study just began several days.I found that the biggest obstacle to me is Advanced Mathmatics.I have to spend a lot of time on it.And I am asked to learn many new things everday.I can't catch the speed.

Practice, practice, practice
Mathematics is a language. First you have to understand the concept of the language then the many variables within the concept.
Then comes the formulas. Regardless, mathematics is black and white, right and wrong - there is no gray area.
Simply put - understand what it is you are trying to find and what you need to find it, then what you need to find what you need, and so on...

I don't know if you refer to a sofware or to a subjet,
If it's to a subject, you must to read first, listen the class and do so much problems, all problems of each chapter of your book.
You must to taje a rest too, because Math is not easy... there are concepts very diffcults..
If you refer to a program, you must to take the manual and follow it, it doesn't exist other way.

Get a study buddy to help you with the math. Help him/her with some other subject.

practise questions on the topic. you don't really have to know much, just understand the formulaes and know when to apply it. manipulation of formulaes are important too.
