Best cities: I would say: Paris, Rome, San Francisco, Oaxaca, Venice.

Worst cities: Kabul, Kandahar, Bagdad.

Haven't been anywhere really bad, except maybe the meat market in back-street Luxor, Egypt.

New York, Marrakech, Dubai, Manchester are the best IMHO

Not been many places abraod that I didn't like, but Capetown was quite scary, but beautiful, and in the UK Bristol and Middlesborough!

Amsterdam is one of the best (not just for drugs and pro's) it has much more to offer; museums, beautiful parks/scenery and architecture to name a few.

Baghdad has gotta be the worst...
