I am pretty sure that has not happened and definiely not in the final score,but there has been at least 4 times where one of the teams' scores ended with 5.

1 field goal + 1 safety? well im sure one side has shown a 5 at some point in a game but i really doubt that 2 teams have pulled off a gambit like that IE the 1 fieldgoal and 1 safety.

No, this has never happened. In fact, there have only been 6 teams ending 8 different quarters with a 5.
