oh yes, absolutely! His passion for music would still be going strong today as he totally sang from the heart and a passion like that never dies! Freddie and Queen would definately still be going strong if Freddie was still with us but his music will live on for ever and he always be in our hearts!!

Freddy was an inspiration to music. Always innovative and added new sounds to an already crowded genre making it fresh again. He was always ahead of his time musically. I think Freddy would have the same passion for music and touring now as he did then and would continue to draw in fans of a new generation. He was and is an incredible icon in history. One of a kind. He is sorely missed but his music will live on and continue to inspire. May he rest in peace.

With the move in music swinging more toward rock again, I think Freddie and Queen would still be going strong.
I'd like to think they could have waded out the horrid mid-90s with all the girl bands and manufactured pop.
There's a little of Freddie's theatricality still around in loads of different musical areas, so even though he's not here anymore his legacy still is.

I think that he would. Freddie always said that he would continue to make music as long as people continued to buy it. He had such a great fan base with Queen and as a solo artist I don't think he would ever have had problems selling records.
One of the true greats. Happy birthday Freddie you are still missed.

Yes i think that he would still be on the scene and i also think that he would have had a huge influence on todays music. He was a legend and an amazing performer. I am only 22 and am aware that he was a little before my time but i was brought up Queen and cannot listen to covers that others have done of his songs, i don't think they do him justice.

Freddie was awesome. He still rocks on! SO, yes, I'd like to think he'd still be as passionate about music and life as he was. Heaven's got a hell of a band. I didn't know it was his b-day.
Happy Birthday Freddie!

I think so, he was a great musician and always very passionate. I think if he could he would still be touring or at least making music in some way.

I dont think so sadly! I think something would have happened and he would have become a villan in many peoples eyes! I think dying young was the best way to make him a legend! He was an excellent performer and dying when he did means we will always remember him as an excellent performer at his peak and not as some washed up has been who tried to carry on for too long! Thanks to Freddie for all the music! I still love it today!

I think he would .. I'm a huge fan of Queen. I just love their music. Freddie certainly had a passion for music - you can just hear it in their songs.

Absolutely!! He'd still be making music and the recordings would be flyin off the shelves. I hope that one day someone with as much charism and talent that he had comes along and knocks us all off our feet they way he did. I still have all of the Albums (for you kids these are the vinyl 12 inch records we used on turntables.) Queen ever produced & I will never let those go.
