Yeah, it'll take at least 2-3 months minimum. Ask the US Embassy for advice. They can give you a timetable.

You have 3 months to get married. Afterwards you can apply for a green card while staying in the U.S. If you don't marry your fiancee you will have to return tot he PI. If you find someone else you like, you will still have to return to the PI.
