With a green dress, blonde hair and hazel eyes keep your make up natural looking. Use light browns and neutrals so your not a total mixture of crazy colour!

I am a style consultant and a make up artist I hope my tips help:

Make up:
Its best to go with the natural look.

This system of applying makeup for a natural look is fast and easy when you get the hang of it.

Steps:

1. Understand that a 'natural' look is one that uses colors that are right for your skin tone. How much you use, and where, depends on your personal style.

2. Make sure your concealer is yellow in tone since it mutes imperfections without adding color, giving your skin a natural look.

3. Apply foundation that matches your skin tone. The right foundation will seem to disappear on your face. If you are African-American, it's a good idea to have light, medium and dark shades of your foundation to allow for different gradations of color on different parts of your face.

4. Apply eye makeup in earthy tones'beige, brown, gold or plum for shadows and brown and charcoal gray for liner and mascara. Skip liner or shadow entirely if you want to keep makeup light.

5. Choose a blush color that is close to the color of your cheeks after you've exercised.

Tips:

Remember to clean and moisturize your face first.

Choose brighter or darker tones for a stronger, more made-up look.

Intensify your natural makeup for evening. Instead of brown, for example, go for charcoal around the eyes. 'Pop' blush with a brighter color over your usual one. Make lips brighter, darker or more shimmery.

Warnings:

Don't skimp on makeup tools. Better tools make applying makeup easier and faster.

The eyes wear any color just not bright white.

Hope that helps.

mary kay . com has a virtual make-over... you can choose the right colors to go with your hair, eye, and skin tone. You can see how different shades fit you.

I always print out the different colors that match and take it to the store and try and match the cheaper make-up with it.

Since you are going to a wedding you want to keep it simple. Dont over do the make-up. It is someone else's day so you dont want to steal the show. Hope this helps...Good Luck!

A natural look would be best. You already are changing your hair and are wearing a colorful dress, so going bright with makeup might look overdone. You shouldn't look like you are trying to compete for attention, the bride and groom are the focus here.

Browns, tans, and beige's with your skins natural undertones (pink or peach) will work well for your eyes, and a pink-beige for lip color. Face makeup should always match your skin tones.

Blonde hair with light green dress & fair complection.
I think you should wear a Brownish eyeshadow on the lower eye lid and greenish on the upper lid with a Brownish lipstick.
Maybe consider Brownish acessories with the dress.

Hope you have a nice time.

I would do my make up like this: a nice tent of green for my eyes (I like darker green, but depending on how light green your dress is, u can go for lighter green), dark green eyeliner and a shadow of plum or brown. For my lips I would choose teracotta lipstick or smth between orange and red. I would use lots of black mascara and bronze like blush. I don't know if u got the picture, but I'm sure it would look great on me ;)
