There is no direct link between an IP address and a geographical location. There was never meant to be a direct link either. There are some websites that can sometimes link an IP to a location, but the results are not always accurate.

For example, I just checked my IP using one of the links in the first answer to this question and it said "Waterbury, CT". I am no where near there. Wrong state even.
