RPG Maker for PS + PS2
can help you make an RPG game..
Fightermaker for PS2 makes fighters..
For computer, BYOND (www.byond.com) you can make your own multiplayer games (they are 2D though) with real coding.. and then host them so other people can play them...
It's mad fun i spent a long time on byond.

Wow you must be a serious nerd. No offense! lol To buy software like that would be REALLY expensive. And it would be a HUGE program and would take all the memory on your computer. The only place you could buy some would be by emailing a video game company and requesting some of the software. Make sure to mention that you are willing to pay a lot of money!

However, if you would like an easy and cheap version, try GameMaker, it's quite cool I must say
