what would really look good is if you were to pierce your head just above your ears with a railroad spike,,maybe you could get it gold plated first...you'd be so cool looking in your casket with the spike sticking out on either side of your cranium....

Can you pierce both sides ? YES
However earing studs were not meant to be worn in nostril piercings and would not stay in and you would wind up losing your grandmothers diamonds however you could take them to a jeweler and have them set in nostril screws then pierce both sides and have them put in once the piercings are healed. Just check with your piercer first to get an accurtae measure of what size the screw needs to be before going to your jeweler...if you can't find a jeweler in your area that can do this then contact a custom piercing jewelry place (www.tribalectic.com has one they use) and ask them.

Why not use them in your ears. Somehow, the thought of your grandmother's diamond studs in your nose is kind of rude.

I personally don't think it would look good, as when you take them out later in life, they will leave you with two scars and that definitely won't look very nice.
I wouldn't, put them in your ears instead, people will comment more about them, than they would in your nose, as no comment would mean, they don't like it or it looks ridiculous.

more than likley no it does't matter what sex you are unless everything else on your face and body is pierced then don't do both sides of your nose. it'll look really bad and you'll look like you didnt know which side to do so you did them both.

wooo haveing both sides of your nose peirced is sexy, serioisly. but where dimond stds...not so sexy, stick to sliver balls or maybe mix it up and wear a hoop in one and a stud in the other, that looks good too.

sorry I think it would look silly. One side of the nose if fine, but both sides? i would laugh out loud if I saw that.
