Your overwhelmed ! Set a REAL small goal, one at a time and then accomplish them, immediately. Thereafter, make another. By doing this you can overcome being overwhelmed.

Baby steps Craftgirl.
Take one room and totally blitz it, make it as perfect as you can. Start by piling up things to put away and things to throw, get everything out that doesn't belong in that room. After that clean all surfaces, polish (smells good), then hoover or sweep, Then rest and have a cup of tea. When you feel you have the energy, go to the next room and repeat.
The outside of the building can wait until you are comfortable with the inside. It's how you feel inside your home that matters, not what people see on the outside.
Now stop messing about on the computer and get some work done!!

This may sound like the HGTV show "mission organization" but just take 1 room at a time (no matter how long it takes). Start by putting into piles junk, keepers, donate. Once you look around and see the progress you've made it'll be an inspiration to you.
Good Luck!

Make a list of ALL the things you need to do
Break it down to a second list of things that need to be done NOW!
Start with the first one & cross each one off as you get them done
Promise yourself a good(I mean really good) dinner at the end of the day if you get five things done! Good Luck & I've been there too!
