I want to be an online maths teacher upto highschool (std 12 here in India)..I am a software engineer...and I love teaching maths...have some prior teching experience for this level during my college days....in this manner I can pursue my passion and also earn a few bucks....can anybody give me detailed information about how to go about it....??

I've just gone through the exact same situation, except that I'm in the United States.
I don't know what's required in order to be certified as a high school math teacher in India. In the U.S. I had to go to graduate school, take a bunch of classes, and go through a teacher certification process. If India has similar requirements, just contact any local school that trains teachers and ask what's required. They should be able to give you all the details.

what about setting up an on-line chat room,
where people have to play to connect.
once you have established that you can go to high schools and advertise your on-line classes
