who walks by my work place every day with her dog at around 4-5pm. Her dog likes to pee on the potted plant that's on the sidewalk right infront of me which makes her stand there for a while every day(I'm sitting right behind the shop window).The past couple of days, shes been staring at me with no particuliar expression &I stare back cause I just noticed how pretty she is.
...so the question is what is going on? I think she's hot! How do I make a move(I'm quite shy) Any suggestions

Since you are inside and her out. I would see her coming. Pick up the phone and act as if you were talking. Turn to look out the window if she is looking at you. Smile and throw your hand up. If she smiles back or waves back then you know she is REALLY looking at you and can make the next move. Her smile or waving means she in turn likes you or thinks your hot...
Then tomorrow when she comes back by walk outside and say hello. Ask her something related to the dog. Like he picks the same spot or this must be his favorite spot. Play the dog thing up. Say it in a joking way and friendly. Then talk about dogs...See how she reacts and go from there.

First of all, dont rush ( you dont know who she is and what she is, her being pretty doesnt mean that she has good personality too ).
If you really want to talk to her, meet her, then try to "accidently" go out at the time she comes, maybe to get out trash or something, and invite her to the shop and maybe even give her a small gift from that shop, be kind.

If she lets her dog just pee anywhere...do you really want to be with someone like that? That should give you clues into her personality already. She feels some sense of entitlement and has no respect for the law or others.
However, if you really think she is too hot to resist...walk out and say hello.
