I was there last year for Christmas and New year. Can't remember the temperature, was just hot and sunny everywhere I went - travelled around the whole island for 3 weeks. I think it was cold in Vinales which is Pinar del Rio, at night if I remember rightly.

I was just there and one of the guides told us that the best time to travel to Cuba is December and January because the temperature is around 27 degrees. So, it`s hot but not as hot as it ususally is.

What's bartandma thinking of? Christmas is hot and muggy, like most of the year in Cuba.

A good 30 degrees or so, a few rainy days with a bit of drizzle in December, but generally a beautiful warm month, its such a beautiful place and the ocean and beaches are out of this world so even if it does drizzle a little bit one day it won't take the beauty of the place away.

Absolutely perfect, a great time of the year to go. We spent christmas in Cayo Largo a few years back and we had a bit of rain on our last day. It's a wonderfull country (been back six times) - enjoy it!
