doesn't over-prescription, beta-testing new drugs break the oath?

I wouldn't want to be unknowingly given a drug to test on behalf of a drug company who is paying the doctor to obtain field data for them.

if they don't inform their patients (which normally happens) for that then they are breaking the oath.
