Add a few drops of vanilla extract to the paint. Works better than anything else I've found. Happy Painting!

Start a small fire in the middle of the room and leave to burn for a couple of hours.
Hey presto! No more paint odour.

Get a big bowl of really hot water and sling loads of lemon/citrus juice in it (or citrussy disifectant) this'll act like a gentel perfumed steam and the water itself will absorb a lot of the fumes.

Use a fan that is blowing past your face. It will blow the fumes away from you and keep the area ventilated, which all paints say it should be anyhow. Works when I make my models ...

don't decorate yourself, get a painter in to do it and go on holiday while he's painting.
if this is not an option, use low odour paint from b+q
