Go to Internet Explorer Page. Select 'Tools' --> Internet Options.
Go to 'General Tab'. Click ' Clear History' and Click 'Delete Cookies'.

Click on TOOLS ( top of your browser by the word HELP) then click on Internet Options then Clear History. I would recommend "delete files" and "delete cookies" also. The files and cookies are junk and won't affect your documents.

what works for me is go to tools, internet options, then choose content, then choose Auto complete then choose clear forms......
