I was feeling sad earlier, but decided to give myself a kick in the butt. Got myself a really tasty lunch and have planned an enjoyable evening. 3 things to be happy about, 1) It's wednesday, we've got the beginning of the week over and we're nearer to the weekend. 2) A really good song that gives you goosebumps! 3) A really well made piece of toast with the right temperature and texture and the butter melted just right! Yum YUM! If that doesn't work, you can try a cup of St John's Wort tea, nature's prozac! Cuddles, they're good too! Give someone a big squeeze and you get one back! xx

No one should feel sad the whole day. Being sad wouldn't bring back what has been lost or correct what had happened. Try to adjust to the changes and lead normal life should be the real attitute of an optimastic person.

Lots of people are sad everyday, the thing is to get over it and be happy the next day.

Hope you are not sad, if you are, cheer up "tomorrow is another day' and I hope a happier one!

Not at all, I am as happy as 'Larry' (who ever he was). I located a lost brother for my husband and handed him the phone number yesterday. He called his brother for the first time in over 30 years. We're both walking on air - so no, today I am so so happy.

I am sorry if you are sad though.

I'm a little sad. I think I should have quit working last week instead of next week, and am really struggling now.

Hope you're not sad though.

of cos, I am not sad but i know that somebody must be sad 2day, people die every 1 second or so of the day (if I am correct) and their loved ones must weep for them!

We be sad if there's so much to be happy about?

Focussing on the negative only brings more negativity.
Try the other way around.

And if you have nothing to be happy about, go look for something.
