Can anybody tell my why i have so much sugar in my urine!

Yes i am diabetic and i saw doctor he said i was expelling alot of sugar but did not say why i only drink caffeine free diet pepsi dont eat alot of bread or starches

Because you're consuming a lot of sugar and/or a lot of starches that are converted to sugar in your body.
(I hope you discovered this by going to the doctor and having your urine tested. The only other option I can think of makes me gag.....)

Are you a diabetic? Lack of insulin will cause too much sugar in urine.
As long as your blood sugar levels are ok I would not worry to much about it. If you are female, this may cause you to get a yeast infection.

You have too much of it in your body and it is trying to get your sugar level back to normal. This is one way that the body tries to do that.

Carefully watch your diet, drink lots of water and do exercise, lose weight if you need to. Try taking cinnamon capsules, you will find them in a nutrition center.Follow doctors advise.
