well, i have a big problem!! i want to change school!! i just joined high school and not to mention it's terrible...ok, the point is that while me myself want to go to another high school because of the advantages it offers ( it's a 5 min way from house while the other is 30 on foot every day, i could meet new friends, i know some friends there, it's a better school), my twin sister wants to stay to this school we r till now...it's becoz we have some good freinds here, but these good friends have changed and what's more we won't be in the same class the next year becoz of a rule in the schools...i want so much to tranfer to the other school, but my sister is so pig - headed and when i try to discuss it with her, she refuses flatly with the argument that we won't find new friends!! for crying out loud!! ok, what to do to change her mind?? she seems adamant...and plz reply soon it's urgent coz tomorrow the joining forms will not be accepted!! and maybe we won't find a position!!plz reply

plz don't tell me to separate my sister...my parents don't let me!! but as i have noticed, she thinks sometimes seriously bout it....i think she wants to transfer but the same time she misses our friends! but in the other school we have friends not so close of course...

Just go to a different school. you will still see her everyday if you live with her. if cant switch high schools. does that mean if have to go to the same college too.

Kiddo! you do not change school for Friends! you change school only if they are failing you in your education! You have not mentioned your age so it is safe to assume by your blog that you are not very mature! Don't change your school! the curriculum has been already set for you, you leave! and you'll be out of 'sinc' for a year at the other school! You may never catch -up! Remember! you only get one chance at education! Don't blow it for friends!!!!!!

Why does you sister need to go with you? Tell your parents that you want to change schools, give them all the logical reasons for the change, and if they agree, go. You don't need your sister to do everything with you, do you? Sounds like she has her own reasons for staying where she is, and that's her right, but that doesn't mean that you have to.

well that's a really difficult one... I don't know you and i don't know your sister so apart from what you've told me i don't know the circumstances.
Why do you REALLY want to change schools? is it because of the 30 minute walk and because you don't like it? they're not really good arguments. You sister doesn't seem like she'll change her mind. Instead of tryign to think of ways to change her mind, start thinking about your own reasoning.

You'll still be able to meet new friends. I wish I transfered to different schools because then you'd have a wider variety of friends instead of running out of them.

Go to the new school and leave your sis at the old school if she wants to be old school then just leave her there , u go on or else it is going to effect your performance in school, if i do not like what or where i am i just leave and i know i will perform better in what i like .

have you considered moving school without ur sister. i understand she is ur twin and all but she doesnt seem much of a good friend if she aint evn willing to listen to and ur feelings. You need to be urself and stick for own, hold ur headd up. ur sister will eventually move on regardless so be the one to do it first

change schools and leave your sister where she is at.she should find someone to walk to school with her.My kids are a yr a part and I let them go to 2 different high schools.

well if you dont like the shcool you are in then i would say then change your school cause your gonna have to go there EVERY DAY of your life... well school year.. and you will learn better when you like where/what you do.. its like getting a job dont do something you dont love..
