M.B.A's are a dime a dozen these days. What I would suggest is specialize in a certain area, say, hospital administration. You will have a great number of options in the healthcare field.

It depends what you mean by being "succesful" I met many MBA graduates that make $50,000 a year (working for non-profit) who are by far more succesful than those MBA grads. that make $500,000 a year and sit in a lonely cubicle looking at numbers for 12 hours a day. You can expect to work long hours but finacially you will be rewarded (depending on where you work)

In the mean time acquire knowledge and experience, find a good mentor.

first of all be clear that u want to do job or want to be a business woman. both are open for you but in my opinion i think u will go for business and that of cosmatics or fabrics.
