most of all punk is an attitude most ppl i know can't b arsed about what they wear let alone if it's fashionable or not. there's this current craze on skulls, jolly rogers; most of these icons feature in many punk songs so they hardly present any connotations to a sex crazed teenager whos sole purpose is to expose flesh and look cool and somewhat rebel coz shes sporting a skull on her boobs

Punk is MY lifetime. Punk is MY state of mind. WE do not strut around. Punk has a look to define US from the 'others'. Punk is a way of showing unique-ness. What are you? A rapper? Emo? goth? Do WE (punks) make funn of you? I think no. WE (mostly) treat everyone as equals. So please do the same towards us. thanks.
