the 2nd amendment states "a well regulated militia", so my question was, do you belong to a well regulated militia? Why did it get erased? Stupid Republicans.

You have to word the question to not sound like a chat. I've had questioned removed before for the same reason.

Like if you can't ask, "Do you belong to a ..."

You have to ask something like, "Thoughts on a well.... militia?"

See?

probably because you were putting down republicans and showing a little hatredness.I will answer your question by saying that we are all equal no mater what we choose whether it is democrat, republican,or whatever we choose. This is one of our freedoms in this great country and so many like yourself want to put down our rights. Now besides our rights from that point of view, lets look at the 2 nd amendment. We all have the right to bear arms which is one of our freedoms.now we all have the freedom to join the militia and yes it is regulated.the deffinition of the way it is regulated is as follows:

1) To control or direct by a rule, principle, method, etc.

2) To adjust to some standard or requirement as for amount, degree, etc.

3) To adjust so as to ensure accuracy of operation.

4) To put in good order.
[obsolete sense]

b. Of troops: Properly disciplined. Obs. rare-1.

Now,yes since all of this is controlled by humans and we are all capable of making errors because none of us are perfect and the fact that you cannot please everyone, the I am sure there are instances where people would disagree on it being well regulated. The disagreements would fall under human error which is not a fault of it being well regulated or not.

If you have to question whether or not the militia is well regulated in this great country then you need to keep it to yourself because it is putting down our fathers, grandfathers, uncles and anyone else that has fought or had anything to do with it.

I will also add that several have tried to take away our right to bear arms in this country.I have been hearing it for years and they have not succeeded yet and i really don't think they ever will.

have a great day from one proud republican

I don't belong to a well regulated militia, but my right to keep and bear arms permits me to join one should the need arise. I can and will take up arms if necessary to defend my individual rights and the rights of others in the US from any enemy, foreign or domestic. If we are unwilling to do so, then we deserve neither freedom nor security as both require the willingness to defend them when necessary. That should be a non-partisan issue.

It's called the Constitution. Something you wouldn't care about.
