I think it might depend on the application, but I know Ctrl + Tab works in my text editor (Context), so it might work elsewhere too.

you are able to take care of mouse by your keyboard, ok now press left shift key 5 circumstances, you get a pop, click settings bypass to mouse tab and enable "use mouse key" optionn. Now use your num pad to apply your mouse. Use the arrow keys on the num pad it is 8 4 6 and a pair of. you are able to now use 7 9 a million 3 for going diagnoly. press 5 to your clickings.

Alt + Tab switches between active Windows..
In excel to switch Tabs its Ctrl & PgUp/PgDn. not sure about other applications.

If you want to scroll through open tabs (as in programs) at the bottom of your windows screen, you can use Windows + TAB. When you get to the tab you want to use, hit spacebar to open it.

The button on my keyboard is to the left, just above caps lock, the one with two arrows pointing both ways on it. The Tabs button.
