Go to see a pharmacist. They usually know just as much as the doctor, especially if it is something so obvious as an ear problem. It sounds like you ruptured your ear drum. That would take awhile to heal, and you may or may not get your hearing properly back (my Mom did this and had a constant ringing in her ear forever after).

They may be able to suggest some over-the-counter ear drops for you to help heal it and ease any pain you may have as well!

Oh wow - that's pretty serious. If you're not willing to go to the doc or the Emergency Room (which you REALLY should) - then I would go to a local drug store and talk to the pharmacist and see if there is anything over the counter you could use. But seriously - that's not something to mess around with.

If you haven't gotten drunk and passed out at a party right beside the speaker while it was blasting out hard rock all night long, then seeing a doctor is your only choice. Otherwise stop doing the aforementioned and your problem will go away.

it sounds like an ear infection that has got out of hand and perforated your eardrum. You do need to see a doctor but if as you say you can't then go to the chemist he may be able to advise

Sounds like a perforated ear-drum to me. I would seek medical attention, but I'm assuming you don't have any free health care where you are, so in that case I would consult a pharmacist.

Blood and hearing loss is serious. Most cities or counties have free clinics. Your local heath department should have a list of "free clinics" in your area. DO NOT waste time, you could loose your hearing permanently.
