free speech is when you can say whatever you think, but the phone bills are for using their service to say that whatever you think.

Nothing is free in this world, if you are not paying for something then someone is paying that for you.

because thats how they run the country...and people need to survive...paying bills means business means money...business also means working opportunities...free speech only applies to speaking up..
