Rubber gloves are the key! I've used them for years just around the house and they've really saved my hands! Playtex is a great brand but I'm sure there are commercial grade ones as well. Good Luck!

after u r done, wash ur hands to get rid of utensil soap and apply moisturiser lavishly. dont use too much soap and too much washing at the same time. it is d soap that harms the hands most. try not to use harsh soaps to wash utensils.
