If you take a close look how kissy kissy face cozy the Bush family is with the Saudis it's beyond disturbing.
Does anyone know what it's like in Saudi Arabia? What they put people to death for?

And what does this all have to do with oil and
the that we are at peak production of this limited resource?

You answered your own question. We're not interested in Saudi Arabia because of the sand silly...it's the oil...

Saudi Arabia has a horrendous human rights record, far worse than anything Iraq ever had.

And yes, Hubbert's peak is real.

The Bushes and the Saudi Royal House go way back. They've been doing business together for years, not just on a gov't to gov't level. Same way with the Bin Laden family. (!) It's all about money and power. The Saudis finance many of the same Wahabbi fundamentalist schools that turn out radical moslems. The Saudi 'justice' system beheads people for even crimes like adultery (if you're a woman, that is) and many other crimes. The U.S. looks the other way because of the oil. As far as Bush, he's totally in their pocket as far as what they do, as long as it doesn't affect Israel. The people who say that things have always been this way and it's no big deal are fooling themselves. Don't let them fool YOU.

p.s. YES the Bushes and Bin Ladens have been in business for years this IS NOT conspiracy-buff stuff, the reality is far scarier.

-Check out a book called 'House of Bush, House of Saud' by Craig Unger. It's an eye-opener.

Bush is linked to the oil business with Saudi companies. Money is more mportant to him than principle.
All the 9/11 bombers were Saudis. No action- military or otherwise- was taken against Saudi Arabia.
Instead Bin Laden's family members in The US were given safe passage back to their country without even an interrogation.
What drives the Bush family is quite plainly the money their dealings with Mid-east oil companies earn them. The only people they're fooling are those who choose to be fooled.

Saudi Arabia isn't a country! Its a family owned business bred into a private police state. Everything u do is watched, reported, recorded and punishments are by no means subject to hearings or having witness's present to defend ur good name! People (and foreigners) disappear regularly The Religious police roam free everywhere and dictate every aspect of life! Its young people live in fear and torment but haven't got the courage or the balls to stand up and change it! Ruling high office alway's passes in the Saud family from one old ailing man to another! Its military staffed by Asian foreigners, the monorchy refusing to let their own nationals serve in military positions of power, where they can be armed, in fear of them throwing the Saud Family to the dogs and bringing democracy and freedom to the country! Only the religious police and forces who guard mosques and like installations are allowed arms!!

I read all the crap from people who defend it and say its a soverign and reverred state. Its nothing of the sort. I spent 11 years in/out of it! Its rife with aids, female slavery comprised of its own women and from the outside world, its illiterate with some areas still in the past of centuries back with desert prisons. Military terrorist training installations like 6 star hotels in the deep south towards the empty quarter with their own airstrips and towns disguised as oil/gas installations! Most of it built by the French! The French having a vested interest in it, as in Iran! Every week after Friday prayers men beheaded or women being shot! All the Saudi's forced to stand and watch, even small children who can't even walk are carried there! It all all on record, film etc. Its an evil corrupt and in many areas a desolute foreboding place. Ex special forces who served there could write its history. The King is a Dictator / protected by the US and countless allies!

the U. S., as continually, is taking part in the two aspects of the fence. whether, given what all of us be attentive to with reference to the Saudis, they might desire to be the final united states of america we do company with. They attack us on 9/11
