Can I get into anybody's computer system and know the number of works has been done on that particular system.

If I want to know the various works has been done on a particular computer system without knowing the password or IP address of that system. All I want to know which various websites has been surfed during the day, with how many persons (their ids) it has interacted through chat or IM and what was the detail of the chat.

yes, by hacking the ip number of that system

The system doesnt record all such activities. You wont be able to find out.
