A Consul in your country might easily give you a visa. However, the USA is one country for which a visa is NOT a guarantee of entry. That decision is rendered at your port of entry. Even if you have a visa, they can say NO.

No. The screening process took la ong time and very expensive Thay''re also very selective. They flunk you out if you don't pass one test/interview.
