As I don't have a manual for my rover 25, I was wondering if anyone can tell me the recommended service intervals and change timings for things like the cambelt etc? Anything else important I should know?

I've got a Rover 25 (03) and I get it serviced every year. But if you want to you could always go for evry six months just to be on the safe side.

Get it serviced just like any other motor vehicle once every 12 months or every 10,000 miles, timing and cambelts should only be done/changed if a when the car needs it.

Minor service every 12,000 miles or 12 months.
Intermediate service every 24,000 miles or 24 months.
Major service every 48,000 miles or 48 months.
Cam-belt change at 60,000 miles.

Any ex MG-Rover dealer should be able to supply you with the full schedule - its an A4 piece of paper with tick-boxes for the technicians.

Due to the Rover 25`s reliability it shouldn`t need anything major doing to it for at least.........oh a week?
