Go to halfords they sell a lot of Haynes manuels. If you like shopping from the comfort of your home go to www.ebay.co.uk and www.amazon.co.uk Haynes also have a web address i was bought from them. Use google to look for haynes manuels.

pop in to halfords, they will point you in the right direction. Uh owners manual? my fault just sunk in. try the salvage yard they will have one laying around no doubt, try breakersyard.com

Try writing to Haynes (they are in Somerset) who do manuals - there's probably a weblink somewhere.
