You may need to get a colonoscopy and then you will know if there is anything going on with your digestive tract. It might be that you have GERD, and need to take some medication. You could have Gastritis, which is a stomach condition. You have to watch spicy foods, and such. Also you could be constipated and need more fiber in your diet. You need to eat fruit, like apples that have pectin and is good for you digestive system. I eat yogurt, which also puts the good germs in your digestive tract. There are so many things, but go to a intestinal doctor that specializes in this type of problem and he will find out.

Explain more .Where is your pain located exactly? When it occurs? How long? Does it relieve after eating food or milk?
So, differential diagnosis :
1-Peptic ulcer
2-Gastritis
3-Gastroesophageal reflux
sometimes Pneumonia and Pericarditis may cause abdominal pain radiates to chest.
You should say more about your medical history and age , ...
but I suggest to you don`t consume time and as you said visit a specialist.

You need to get to the Doctors.

It could be anything from trapped wind, to a tummy bug, or even IBS, but a Doctor is the only person qualified to help you.

Depends on the type of pain and the medics always treat abdominal pain as serious. Get yourself to the doc asap to be sure you are ok.

Go to the doctor it could be a more serious condition. I am studying medical assistant and you wouldn't believe how crazy we are thinking we all have different diseases because we have to learn so much about them. So yeah. Get to the doctor. Good luck. Health to you.
