It all depends on what genes your received from your mother and father at the moment of conception. Tha'ts why some people look like either the mother or father. It's all just a matter of chance.

it is a mans nature not to be contented,,
but looking for a greener pasture is not a crime,,
we look for another job to::
1. to meet our needs
2. to get extra money for our wants
3. to give our self a room for some improvements
4. to be able to see new environment and breathe new air
5. to satisfy our self
6. to know our limitation
7. to know how far can we go
8. to meet other people
9. to avoid crocodiles
10. to be happy
there are still so many things to be pointed out why we realy look for another job,,,
reasons will depend highly on the situation you are into..
why would you do it for the first place?
