Request it from the DMV. If you didn't have any tickets or accidents, your record will be clean.

have you ever tried jogging in to the community DMV workplace? i don't understand wherein state you reside, so this is impossible for me to qoute a fee. i understand that during Nevada, this is speedy and much less costly to get a replica on the DMV. good success. wish you get it.
