As a guy I find this question somewhat offensive however given the new wave of idiots out there who are committing the criminal act, I'll answer.
First of all you should know that it is illegal for someone to take a sexually explicit picture of you without your permission. Verbal consent won't cut it in court which is why you have to have permission in print. Any good porn director or producer will tell you this.
Your options:
1. File a criminal complaint against him... Nothing says I'm serious like cops tossing you in handcuffs. The judge can order him to pull the video off the net.
2. File a civil complaint against him and the website were he posted the video at... By naming the the site were the video was posted at you can get them to pull it down faster and you can also see you downloaded the video. Plus you can sue your boyfriend for ruining your reputation and emotional trauma.
3. And this is very evil... Get him drink and put him in bed with a trans-sexual, take several pictures and post them to the Internet.
Let all of his guy friends know where they can see there friends true nature at let let the destruction of his rep begin.

First of all, once something is on the Internet, it's nearly impossible to "destroy" It's out there forever, because you have no idea who saved it, copied it, etc. And if it's on a cell phone, it's digital, so there would be no "video" to physically destroy.
I think it would be very difficult to have sex with someone without noticing that they are aiming their cell phone at you.
