Oh, I know just what you mean. Even though it seems like the last thing you would want to listen to when you are down in the dumps, it helps so much to just listen to some hard out noise and anger to drown out the stuff going through your head. Also when you are angry it;s good to listen to, strangely calming. Very therapeutic indeed.

Yep. The older women at my work would LOVE it. I'd probably get fired, but it'd be worth it to blast some Cannibal Corpse through this place. The faces would be priceless. I would become a hero...

sometimes there is no better way to let off steam than to just crank it up real loud and drive fast down the highway, with the windows down....

Oh yea, when I'm weight lifting I like to turn up the volume on my mp3 player. It gives me just right amount of energy to push a little bit harder.

Yes, quite regularly actually.... I turn it up really loud and dance around and scream along with the words... It calms me down eventually
